The purposes of our Counsellor Supervision Service are:

Shine a light on the supervisee's work
To provide a safe place for discussion
Provide a space to experiment with ideas and strategies
To provide an honest, respectful sounding board
To facilitate learning in a range of areas
To help identify issues, consider a range of interventions and then plan the steps forward
To provide useful, constructive feedback
To be helpful and useful towards the skill development of the supervisee
Most of all, be able to 'sit in the fire' with a supervisee during their biggest challenges
